Employers/Organizations/Colleges

Access Continuing Education, Inc. offers organizational billing as a free service for those organizations (such as employers and colleges) who provide continuing education as a benefit for their employees/students. Follow these steps to apply.

• Step 1: Apply to Register: If you would like to offer courses to your employees/students, you can download an application form, or contact us via email for more information.
• Step 2: Approval and Setup: Once approved, you will receive confirmation and two passwords: one for employees/students to use to take courses and one for you to use to track employee/student course usage on a real-time basis.
• Step 3: Invoices and Billing: Invoices for the number of courses used are sent monthly. There is no fee for this service; you are only charged if an employee/student takes a course.
